Mark Widdel is the General Contractor for Armstrong Builders. He meets with customers initially to design their home, and consults with them continually throughout the building process to ensure they get the house of their dreams. He hires all the subcontractors who perform the work on the houses and monitors quality performance and quality products at all times. He is assisted by Ken Fewkes, Job Superintendent. Ken supervises day to day operations in the field, scheduling subcontractors and ensuring quality control for each house. The final steps to completing a quality home are performed by Charles Blanchard and Richard Corry. They thoroughly check every inch of the house before turning it over to the new homeowner. Rich also performs year end service warranty calls. Kris Armstrong is Armstrong's designer. She selects all the interior finishes, floorcoverings, lighting, cabinetry, and more. She is responsible for Armstrong's customized and unique appeal.

The internal staff consists of three: Kevin Tuuk and Stephen Briddick design and draw all the custom house plans, kitchen layouts, material take-offs. They work closely with the carpentry subcontractors and material suppliers. Connie Fitch handles the accounting functions for the building and land development companies, and the office management functions. She coordinates the closing process with the homeowners, attorneys, and financial institutions.
